to anyone else. The information you give to DiscountSynergy.com is to
help us provide you with better service. When you visit our website you
remain anonymous. However, when you place an order, we need to collect
certain information such as your name, street address, email
address,
telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. This
information is used only to ship your product, and is kept secure to
protect it from outside parties. The only exception to disclosing your
information would be when required by law, to protect our legal rights
or if we receive legal process. |

All orders will ship
1-3 business days from your
order date. Your order will arrive within 5-10 business days from the
shipping date. |

International orders
are shipped via United
States Postal Service Parcel Post. Please allow 7-10 business days
after shipment
for arrival. The minimum charge for shipping international is $15.00
for 5 US lbs. The amount will steadily increase per pound
after that. |

We will accept
returned merchandise with the following provisions.
- Must be within 30 days of order
- All items must be in original packing (unopened)
- There will be a 20% restocking fee
- Customer must pay return freight

In the rare event
that damage occurs to your product, DiscountSynergy will implement the
following policy: Damages from delivery are the responsibility of
the carrier. You are
responsible for making claims with the carrier, but DiscountSynergy.com will do everything in
it's power to help you fight the claim. As soon as damage is
detected, you must contact DiscountSynergy.com and the
carrier. Save all packing material, as it might be required
for inspection by the carrier. All claims must be made within 10 days
of receipt of goods. |

We accept payments
through PayPal and any major
Credit Card. It is 100% secure method of payment which is protected by
extreme 128bit Secure Encryption (https:// or look for the Pad Lock on
the status bar of your browser) PayPal is free for
all consumers and works seamlessly with your existing credit card and
checking account. It does not cost you a penny more to use
secure payments with PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, or don't want to use PayPal, we accept credit cards directly, which is also protected by Extreme Encryption. Your financial information is safe with us. |

Orders can only be
canceled if they have not yet
been shipped. If order has been shipped you should refer to our return
policy. Orders are normally shipped within 1-3 business days of
purchase. We operate Monday-Friday 52 weeks per year. If you
need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to
prevent shipment. |
